My story...
...started at nine years: hand-drew "Mini-Zeitung" and sold it for 50 Pfennig in the neighbourhood. By fourteen I was coding websites from scratch. First enterprise win: BMW published my "Hydrogen Motors" logo at the IAA in 2001.
Today, I still dive early into anything that is possible: business remodelling for ai-shift, ai strategy from scratch, change management in highly regulated environments, internal comms for 60,000 employees, translation of innovation potential for non-tech decision-makers, and stakeholder alignement across organizations with different maturities. Even – let's shift the focus – mastering cultures like flavored kombucha or championing riding a 890 cm3 motorcycle at 205 km/h. As long as I see that my contribution means progress – in metrics or in connection – people around me confirm: if Nathalie wants something, she'll dive deep and develop infinite connections.
